Homemade Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Before my diagnosis of Celia disease the last thing I would have thought is that gluten can be found even in places where you least suspect, from infusions, aromas and of course in numerous sauces; which leaves me the question … what need is there to add wheat to everything ?, with which every time I can try to get as I can to prepare my own sauces, so today: homemade teriyaki sauce and gluten free.

TERIYAKI SALSA RECIPE (GLUTEN FREE)

Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients ( for about 100 ml ):

 

 

 

100 ml of water

4 tablespoons soy sauce (I used BIOTAMARI brand without gluten – the red stopper)

4 tablespoons white wine

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or vinegar wine)

Corn starch

1 crushed garlic (optional)

grated fresh ginger

 

 

 

preparation:

 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the Corn starch, you can add if you like a crushed garlic if you want to add a more intense flavor, to me in particular I do not like it so I have not put it.

 

 

 

Put it in the pan until the wine alcohol disappears, in a bowl with water at the same time dilute the Corn starch and incorporate the sauce constantly stirring until it acquires consistency and shine. Remove from heat and pass through a strainer, you can use it to accompany a variety of sweet and sour dishes making sure that it is 100% gluten free.

How to make, step by step, tajine with plums

 

 

 

Gather all the ingredients.

Peel the onions and cut into small pieces.

Saute the onion in a deep frying pan with a spoonful of oil.

Cut the breasts into pieces.

Lime confit lemon in finite slices.

Add the chicken in the deep pan to soften it.

Brazilian Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

 

1 kg of chicken breast

1 kg of wheat flour

750 ml chicken broth

250 ml whole or skimmed milk

2 onions and a sprig of parsley

8 ripe tomatoes

200 gr. Of boneless olives

2 cloves garlic

2 eggs and breadcrumbs

Salt and oil

Preparation of chicken coxinhas

 

1- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.
